When you book your wedding day with us, your rental includes full access to our entire venue area, both indoor and outdoor spaces, from 8 AM until midnight. This features use of the spacious 10,000 sq ft Event Hall and the 1,500 sq ft Pavilion, plus outdoor furniture seating areas with a fire-pit where guests can relax. You’ll also receive a generous inventory of tables and chairs (including round, bistro, and rectangular tables along with Chiavari and folding chairs), photography portrait time at a separate session, and parking for up to 200 cars on site. A Reed House representative is present during your event, and our team handles pre- and post-event setup and cleaning, with a security guard and parking attendant available for added support. Event insurance is required, bar and beverage services are handled separately, and you’re welcome to work with any licensed and insured vendors of your choice.
