Accommodations are spacious and designed with groups in mind, with easy access to the golf course, Roosevelts restaurant, and all of Live Oaks' amenities. A full-day rental at Reed House gives you access to the entire venue from 8AM to midnight, both indoor and outdoor spaces.
That includes the 10,000 sq ft Event Hall, the 1,500 sq ft Pavilion, and open-air seating areas with a fire pit for guests to gather beneath the trees after dark.
Your rental comes with a full inventory of tables and chairs, round, bistro, and rectangular tables along with Chiavari and folding chairs, so you can arrange the space to fit your vision. On-site parking accommodates up to 200 cars, and the scenic grounds make for a natural setting for wedding portraits.
A Reed House representative will be on-site throughout your event, and our team handles all setup and cleanup before and after. A security guard and parking attendant are included for added peace of mind.
You're welcome to bring any licensed and insured vendors of your choosing. Bar and beverage services are arranged separately, and event insurance is required.
