What to Expect

The Bridal Cottage at The Reed House offers a calm, beautiful space to settle in and enjoy the day alongside your closest friends and family. This 1,200-square-foot cottage includes dedicated hair and makeup stations, a full bathroom, and a private room designed just for the bride and her gown, thoughtfully arranged for comfort, ease, and unhurried moments before the celebration begins.

The Bridal Cottage may be reserved for the day for an additional $750.

Sample Itinerary

  • The bridal party arrives at the cottage, unpacks personal items, hangs dresses, and eases into the morning with coffee and light bites.

  • Hair styling starts for the bridesmaids while the bride relaxes, reviews final details, and enjoys the calm before the day unfolds.

  • Makeup begins as finishing touches come together, with plenty of time for touch-ups, laughter, and candid moments.

  • A catered lunch or charcuterie spread allows everyone to pause, recharge, and enjoy time together before the final preparations.

  • The bride gets into her dress, details are perfected, and photographers capture intimate moments before the ceremony begins.

Salon

A bright, comfortable space designed for hair and makeup, with ample room for stylists to work and the bridal party to relax and enjoy the morning together.

Bridal Gown Room

A private, quiet room dedicated to the bride and her dress, offering a calm setting for final moments, photos, and getting ready without distractions.
